Terms & Conditions
Booking -
A deposit must be taken to secure your appointment.The rest of the payment can be made on the app or after your treatment with either contactless payment,cash or bank transfer.Whichever suits you best.
Cancellations -
A minimum of 24 hours advance notice is required if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.In the event that you fail to provide the required notice you will lose the deposit or payment that you have made prior.
Late arrivals -
Please arrive 10 minutes early to get settled in to start your treatment on time.Appointment times have been arranged specifically for you,if you arrive late for your scheduled appointment your session will be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours.I you are running late please let the therapist know.
The latest a treatment can start is 10 minutes after the appointment.After this time scale the appointment cannot go ahead as the times must flow for the next client.
By booking and attending a treatment ,it is taken as proof that you have read,understood and agree with the terms & conditions as described.
